I want you to know too, that even very successful people including world leaders, celebrities and top athletes suffer with feelings of self-doubt from time to time – so this isn’t because you’re not doing things right!
Imposter syndrome is a completely normal part of the experience of doing anything new and unchartered for yourself, and likely will show up in areas of your business where you are learning new skills or stepping outside of your comfort zone – for example, filming yourself for Instagram stories or getting up on stage to present to an audience.
