“If it’s not 100% fuck yes, don’t waste your time trying to convince and cajole someone to work with you”.
Have you ever wondered how to manage your availability and bookings as a freelancer? Whether you are fully booked or wanting to book in more clients, this episode will help you get more clarity on how to operate your diary and capacity.
In this bitesize episode I will chat through a few different methods of managing your bookings and the pros and cons of each, including:
🐅 The “open and close” method – where you open your books every quarter and you only book in a specific number of clients for a specific period of time
🐅 Rolling availability – keeping your books open at all times
🐅 Limited spaces – using false scarcity to create demand for your services (this gives me the ick personally)
I also share some of my thoughts around selling and closing clients, saying no to clients when you’re busy and protecting your time and energy 💜
